Never understood why employers cant work on a monthly basis or eaven weekly basis when it comes to shift work, Its brutal having to ajdust your sleep pattern every other day, that stuff takes time. I dont understand why yopu cant have one month be all night shift and then the next its like midday to midnight and then the next month its morning to afternoon and then you go back to the night shift. Or eaven have one set of the nurses only on night shift another for day and so on for like a year and then you swithc after a year and you can rotate that however you want.
